Terms of Use

Virtual Escape City is a web service based on the Sharetribe platform. The following general terms and conditions of Sharetribe also apply to the use of Virtual Escape City

The Sharetribe service may only be used in accordance with these terms of use. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use if necessary. Valid Terms of Use can be found on the Sharetribe website.

Rights to Content
The users themselves retain the right to all texts, images and other content they create in the service. The users allow Virtual Escpape City to use the content according to the type of service and also allow the service provider to deposit information and data and make changes necessary for the service. The service provider has the right to remove any material if it deems it necessary.

Disclaimer
There are no guarantees for the functioning of the Sharetribe service. Under no circumstances can the service provider be held liable for any damages incurred by the user. The user may not store any information or data in the service and expect it to remain there.

The removal of a user
Service provider has the right to remove users from Sharetribe and terminate their right to use the service without any special reason and without compensation.

Legal capacity
They must be at least 18 years old and be able to conclude legally binding contracts for access and use of the provider platform. By accessing or using the Provider Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.

Language, Jurisdiction, Applicable Law and Severability Clause
The contract will be written in German language. The further execution of the contractual relationship will be in German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict any statutory provisions of the state in which the customer has his residence or habitual abode. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with customers who are not consumers, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law is the registered office of the provider. The invalidity of a provision of these GTC does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
